Md. Kamal Hossain, Benapole: Former BNP MP from Jessore-1 (Sharsha) constituency Mofiqul Hasan Tripti held a massive public relations and yard meeting in Sharsha's Dihi Union.
During a day-long ward-to-ward mass communication with local leaders and activists on Friday, he exchanged views with the general public and pledged to implement the 31-point plan to repair the state structure announced by Tarique Rahman. At that time, he distributed leaflets and urged people to vote for paddy ears in the next national elections.
After the mass relations, he joined the social relations development and election preparation yard meeting organized at the Pakshia Secondary School premises as the chief guest.
At the meeting organized by Dihi Union BNP and its affiliated organizations and chaired by Ward No. 9 BNP General Secretary Yamin Hossain, Tripti said, "When BNP is in power, the country develops and people are well. We are committed to implementing Tarique Rahman's 31 points to build a developed Bangladesh."
He also said that the fate of the country's people did not change during the previous government, but rather unemployment increased. If BNP comes to power, there will be development in all areas, including employment for women, a suitable working environment for unemployed youth, education and healthcare. He urged people to vote for worthy candidates and the symbol of development, the paddy.
Like every day, the courtyard meeting turned into a public meeting with a large crowd.
