Md. Kamal Hossain Benapole (Jashore) Correspondent: Abul Hasan Zahir, the BNP party nomination aspirant for Jessore-1 (Sharsha) constituency and Sharsha Upazila BNP President, has said that the young generation of this country can lead the change. The Bangladesh of the future will be a new democratic Bangladesh built by the youth.
He said this as the chief guest in a lively meeting with young voters in front of the cooperative market adjacent to Navaran Gorurhat in Sharsha on Saturday (November 1) at around 12 noon.
The meeting was presided over by Sajedur Rahman Saju, convener of Navaran Degree College, and Sabuj Hossain Khan, member secretary of the Upazila Chhatra Dal.
Despite the rain that lasted for about an hour, the meeting venue turned into a festive gathering with the presence of young voters. The young people, drenched in the rain, listened attentively to Abul Hasan Zahir's speech. Even though their bodies were wet, their eyes were filled with the hope of change and the dream of a new Bangladesh in the future.
In his speech as the chief guest, Abul Hasan Zahir said that the country is in a deep crisis today. The people's voting rights have been taken away, democracy has been imprisoned. The youth must play a leading role in overcoming this situation. Because the 31-point reform of the state structure that Tarique Rahman has announced, the dreams and future of the youth are at the center of it.
He also said that Tarique Rahman always trusts the youth. BNP wants every youth to be an ambassador of change. The foundation of the new Bangladesh that we dream of - justice, accountability and independence - will be built by the hands of the youth. Your every vote can take this country forward on a new path. Therefore, we have to go door to door and wake up the people, and make them understand that the future of the country is safe in your hands.

Despite the rain, the atmosphere was upbeat and optimistic at the end of the meeting due to the indomitable presence and enthusiasm of the youth. As if a symbolic message, no matter what the storms and rains may bring, the youth cannot be turned back on the path of change.
