A smart team led by Inspector Md. Rafiqul Islam, under the supervision of Deputy Director of Chapainawabganj DNC Chowdhury Imrul Hasan, led by Inspector Md. Rafiqul Islam, conducted an anti-drug raid at the residence of accused Md. Yanur Hossain Shuvo in the Battala Hat Jorgachhi area under Sadar Model Police Station of Chapainawabganj district on Friday (November 21) at 8.00 am. They searched the accused's bedroom and arrested the identified drug dealer Md. Yanur Hossain Shuvo with "1,330 pieces of Yaba tablets, 100 grams of heroin and cash - Tk. 3,64,900/- for selling drugs." During the interrogation of various local dignitaries, it was learned that the accused Md. Yanur Hossain Shuvo is a known drug smuggler. For a long time, he has been involved in selling drugs openly and in various criminal activities by intimidating people and evading the eyes of the administration. All the people of Battala Hat under Sadar Model Police Station and the drug dealer's own area are suffering due to the torture of this identified and listed drug dealer Yanur Hossain Shuvo. Based on the verification of secret information, a smart team of DNC has finally been able to arrest the drug dealer Md. Yanur Hossain Shuvo. A case has been filed against this accused at Sadar Model Police Station.
