A young woman was arrested with twenty-five pieces of Yaba tablets in a successful operation by DB police in Narail. The Narail District Detective Police has arrested a drug dealer named Shanta Khatun Sanjida (19), who is involved in the drug trade. The arrested Shanta Khatun Sanjida (19) is the daughter of Bakir Sheikh of Tularampur (Tarafdar Para) village under Narail Sadar Police Station. She was arrested on Monday (November 3) on the paved road in front of the main gate of Sadar Hospital under Sadar Police Station in Narail district. Based on a secret information, SI (retd) Rajesh Kumar Das and ASI (retd) Md. Kamruzzaman, along with a team, conducted a drive under the supervision of District Detective Branch Officer-in-Charge Md. Abdul Khalek and arrested Shanta Khatun Sanjida (19). At that time, twenty-five pieces of narcotics, Yaba tablets, were seized from the arrested accused. A case has been registered under the Narcotics Control Act at Narail Sadar Police Station in this regard. The accused has been handed over to the learned court.
