Md. Kamal Hossain Benapole (Jessore) Correspondent: The Sharsha Police Station has arrested a drug dealer with 10 pitches of Yaba in a drive by the Sharsha Police Station in Jessore.
The arrested accused is Sohag Hossain (28), son of the deceased A.S. Razzak of Raripukur Schoolpara area of Sharsha Police Station.
On Monday (November 17), at 9 pm, the police said that a drug dealer with Yaba was arrested from the Baripukur area of Sharsha Police Station during an anti-drug drive in the Bagachra Police Investigation Center area.
Sharsha Police Station Officer-in-Charge OC Abdul Alim said that Sharsha Police Station Case No. 12, dated 17/11/2025, Section 36(1) Table 10(a) of the Narcotics Control Act, 2018 has been registered against the arrested accused. The arrested accused is under the process of being handed over to the learned court.
