The current OC is polite and sincere. A woman named Mahbuba, who came to Sadar Model Police Station to seek legal services, said, "When I came to the police station and went into the OC's room and talked to him, he politely said, 'No, sir, call me brother.' I liked this very much."
Atiq, a resident of Bargharia Union in Sadar Upazila, said, "One thing I like very much is that the OC himself called me brother and called me into his room and talked to me. He helped me file a GD. I want such an officer. I am happy that a person like me was able to talk openly with the OC."
Baten of Jorbagan in the municipal area said, OC Matiur Rahman of Sadar Model Police Station has presented himself as an employee of the republic in the service of the common people. He is directly listening to complaints in the service of citizens. He is also verifying the truth of the incident and providing legal assistance. People of all classes are impressed by the immediate service he provides. The OC's uninterrupted service has already received a huge response across Chapainawabganj district.
