Ibrahim, the dedicated leader of Ward 8 of Fatulla Union in Narayanganj, BNP, is no more. Inna lillahi wa inna ilaihi rajiun.
According to party sources, Ibrahim was seriously injured in a police attack on a BNP rally in Paltan in the capital on October 28. After that, he was under treatment for a long time. But in the end, he did not come back to life while undergoing treatment. Ibrahim breathed his last at approximately 11:40 pm on September 21, 2025.
His death has cast a shadow of grief over the entire BNP arena, including Fatulla Union. The Dhaka Metropolitan South Jubo Dal expressed deep grief in a statement. The organization said that Ibrahim was an idealistic and courageous worker. He always played a leading role in the party's crisis.
The statement further said, "We pray for the forgiveness of brother Ibrahim's soul and express our deepest condolences to his bereaved family. May Allah grant brother Ibrahim a place in Paradise. Amen."
