Chapainawabganj Chamber of Commerce and Industry Vice President Akhtarul Islam Rimon said that Chapainawabganj, known as the capital of mangoes, is a promising area for entrepreneurs and businessmen. If you follow the right training and work methods, it is possible to achieve success in this regard. Therefore, you have to make yourself competent through hands-on training.
The SME Foundation initiated the 5-day training workshop on 'Creating New Businesses' for small entrepreneurs (May 18-22) and distributed certificates.
He said this on the concluding day of the training workshop at the conference hall of the chamber as the chief guest on Thursday afternoon. Chief guest Akhtarul Islam Rimon gave a proper idea about the current status of informal businesses in Chapainawabganj district. He urged small entrepreneurs in the region to take initiatives to create new businesses.
The closing ceremony was presided over by Web Rajshahi Chairman Anjuman Ara Parvin and was attended by former panel mayor of Chapainawabganj Municipality Mosa. Nazneen Fatema Jinia, Chamber Director Shahidul Islam, Member Manik Ali, Entrepreneur Sharmin Akhter, SME Foundation Trainer Shamima Akhter and Trainer Aminul Islam.
SME Foundation Trainer Shamima Akhter said that there is no end to learning. Quality improvement is essential to keep one's products ahead in the growing market. SME Foundation is working towards this goal. She sincerely thanked Chapainawabganj Chamber of Commerce for its overall cooperation in organizing the 5-day training workshop.
Officers and trainees of Chapainawabganj Chamber were present at the event. Certificates were distributed among 30 trainees.
