I am Md. Jahangir Hossain, father Md. Mostafa, Thana: Ramganj, District: Lakshmipur, accused person Haji Md. Ahsan Ullah, father: Late Hedayetul Islam, Sang- Joynabari, Hemayetpur, Savar Dhaka, I Md. Jahangir Hossain and my father were abroad for a long time, at one time my father and I returned to the country, we decided to do a good business with the money we earned abroad.
Accordingly, I rented a 2500 square feet house from Joynabari, Hemayetpur, Md. Ahsan Ullah Bhai on 01/07/2020 with an advance of 2 lakh taka and a rental agreement of 23 thousand taka with the consent of both parties. After taking the house, I did some significant repair work at my own expense, which cost approximately 5 lakh taka. I established an organization there called Ipress Food Company Limited. At the beginning of the factory, I invested 30 lakh taka for machines and various sticker cutting chemicals. After a long six months, I purchased some soft drink machines from another factory for 18 lakh taka and brought them to my factory. Then I sat down and discussed with Ahsan Bhai. I needed another room to install the machines, as a result of which Ahsan Bhai informed me about his other room and since I only agreed to say that I liked it, he told me to rent it for 16,000 taka. I told him that I would tell him about this later. It is worth noting that later, just because I said that I liked it, he forced me to pay the full rent for 2 years without any kind of contract or negotiation, and I could not use the room even for a day.
About 6 months after starting the factory, one morning, some terrorists came to me in the form of journalists, humiliated me in various ways, threatened me, and took 15 thousand taka from me. That afternoon, Ahsan Bhai called me and asked for an emergency meeting and I met Ahsan Bhai. Then he told me that his younger brother Samar Chairman from the area had asked me to take him to him and he took me to Samar Chairman. Samar Chairman intimidated and abused me in various ways and some of his people beat me and told me that they would gouge out my eyes and fingernails and give money to those who came as journalists to cover up the adulteration. Then I paid Ahsan Bhai 35 thousand taka, which made Samar Chairman even more angry with me because the money was less. Two or three days later, in the morning, some of Samar Chairman's people took me away and beat me a lot and abused me in various ways and demanded 20 lakh taka, so I held Samar Chairman by the hand and feet and kept him there all day and gave him 5 lakh taka in the evening. Then he threatened me that if he revealed this to anyone, he would take me away again. I was mentally broken then and closed the factory.
After a few days, Ahsan Bhai said that he got my Facebook ID, I do BNP politics and he does Awami League politics, Samar Chairman is his younger brother, whatever he says will happen and no one can say anything about him in the area. Hearing these things, I understood that Ahsan Bhai is aware of all the things Samar Chairman has done.
Then I became even more worried, what can I do after investing so much money? Later, I tried to have a deeper relationship with Ahsan Bhai and shared some of my family matters with Ahsan Bhai, then Ahsan Bhai helped me with some temporary matters. When I closed the factory, I had 3000 pieces of chocolate inside the factory worth 12 lakh taka, another 3 lakh taka of chemicals and all the goods of the factory. After three months, I came and saw that Ahsan Bhai had welded the lock of my factory, which made me very sad. When I told Ahsan Bhai about this, he threatened me again, saying that he would not let me start a factory here again. Then I went to Savar police station to file a case, but the police station told me that no case could be filed against them. I left helplessly.
Later, Ahsan Bhai did not let me come near the factory for two years. After two years, I came and saw that all the goods inside the factory, including the machines, were destroyed. Finally, I serviced the machines again to pay the rent and threw the destroyed goods into the river. Ahsan Bhai pressured me in various ways for the rent money, so when I said that I would sell some machines and pay him the money, he opened the lock for me. Despite Ahsan Bhai not letting me come near the factory for two years, he had to pay the rent for two years. There are 4 more machines in the factory. A few days ago, Ahsan Bhai also pressured me for the rent money, so I said that I would sell one machine and give Ahsan Bhai the money. But if I want to sell the machine, I have to service it again. Since I did not have that much money, I told Ahsan Bhai, then Ahsan Bhai was willing to give me money if I gave Ahsan Bhai a written agreement that after servicing the machine, I would sell the machine with the consent of both of us. I gave it in writing, but after servicing the machine, he sold my machine without informing me. I still have several goods in the factory which Ahsan Bhai is not returning to me. Due to political vendetta, Ahsan Bhai lost about 1 crore taka of my money. I have lost everything and become destitute. Currently, I have lost all my life savings and am leading a very inhuman life. I am running my family by borrowing and lending from different people.
